This has become a tradition over the years to have a get together the Day After Turkey Day at hollister to do a little wheeling. If it rains it should be nice and sloppy there for you mud guys. Hollister is a good place for beginners, all the trails a mapped and rated and the obstacle course is pretty fun. Here's the thread:
