89 4runner with 4.3 swap
I have an 89 4runner with a 88 4.3 v6 out of a blazer, everything is in i have also installed comp cams rv with a .500/.500 lift.
the motor was also fully rebuilt. I start it and it runs and sounds great but dies after about 2 mins. I was told i need to get a chip for it because the cam is fighting with the computer (its a chevy computer). Does this sound right? what kind of chip would i get and where can i get it? Any help would be great!
