Jingle Bells under drivers front

I know its not christmas but i have a noise an was wondering if anyone has had it before and have and idea. When I drive i hear a noise it sounds like bells or a couple of loose washers under the drivers front. The noise appears to randomly come and go, no gear or turning consistency. I have checked all connections and nothing is loose, rebuilt lots of the rig and the noise is still there. Anyone experience this and know where its from?
Thanks

Have you tried tightening up the wheel bearing?

Yeah the wheel bearings were replaced last november and then re-packed again a month ago when I rebuilt the front end because of a leaky inner axle seal, it was time to rebuild anyway. Everything seems tight and the noise was there before and after the front axle build.

Rock(s) in the frame/anywhere else they can collect/etc?

There. Better?
Smacks head....solid axle. Hmph.

I finally found one of my bells inside the frame last month is what made me think of it.
