IdlnPb's 1986 Toyota 4Runner Build-Up

So, I had two cars damaged in an hit and run on January 5; my beloved Subaru was totaled, since the owner had swapped the car for some Glaucoma medicine (pot) his insurance was sorta slow to pay...

I finally got my check, cashed it and started trolling craigslist until i found my 4runner, <http://roanoke.craigslist.org/cto/1701122588.html>. we came to price, and now I own a 1986 4runner.

What do I do first?

Actually the first thing I did was pull off the top, and load up the family for a drive, FUN!!!

Current State - Engine, Tranny, and Diff seem in good shape, I have a current inspection sticker and it drives well.

Immediate concerns:
New Rear seat belts - old ones are kinda worn, got to keep the kids in the car, looking for these this weekend.
Drivers Seat - I would like a new drivers seat preferably one that goes back another 3 inches or so, New or used?

Build-up Plan, in no particular order;

Exo Rollcage - I am 6'3" and my wife is 6'0", outside the cab seems better than inside, I would like to be able to still add and remove rear top, and i can buy a welder...
Solid Front Axle Swap - all the cool kids do it
Gear rack - I want this use rig for camping in these beautiful mountains that surround me in SWVA, no I will not have a rooftop tent.. (I AM TOO BIG)
Install 2M FM rig - KF4RMC, what kind of antenna setup do you guys use?
Air Lockers - Rear then front after axle swap?
Rust Mitigation - Not sure how to handle this, but I will need to work on the fenders before this winter comes and the road salt arrives.
Wench - I always wanted one on my Subaru.

That is my start, i will take and upload some photos later this week of the current situation.
