So I’m trying to figure out which way is the best and most logical way to route the transmission wiring as my crossover ‘Cut and Flipped’ exits out on the drive side. I’m worried about heat and damage to the loom.

Right now mine is routed much the same way as it came on my 3.0. I have used some of the same plastic clips in the same locations up the passenger side under the body and up the firewall next to the clutch and fuel lines. Mine is at the exhaust shop now and I will try to take a look and it when it gets finished, Thursday or Friday.
