94 4runner stock amp connection?

I bought a 94 4runner from a buddy and the stock radio is gone. So, I bought a new stereo and installed it and everything works great (except 3 out of 4 speakers were missing ) However, I was wondering if there was a way, or if I should, to hook up the stock amp?

Thanks!

My 92 4runner's stock amps are activated by the same wire that the power antenna is activated by. I found this out when I wired in a toggle switch to control the antenna. It also turned off my amps. Reconnected that wire and found the input to the power antenna relay box.
