So im replacing my old timing chain for a new one and i went the single chain route this time. I noticed when i installed the new crank gear that there is a gap between it and the oil pump drive, has anyone ever had this problem will it still work? thanks.

 

Try LC Engineering, they probably have the spacer you need.

copy that... You need the oil pump drive spine out of a dual row...

Any from a 20R to 83 22R.

 

 

Ya i figured it out i just took the double crank gear, cut a half an inch off and slid it in next to the single gear on the crank and it worked out perfect.
