Question Do LC steering wheels fit pickups and 4runners?

Does anyone know if a stock land cruiser steering wheel from a 90 would fit in my 88 pickup?

Cool We will know in a week!

I bought one last night on Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

As soon as it comes in Ill see what we get, if it fits or needs modified to fit Ill do a write up... It would be such a great improvment to the skinny 2 spoke stock 88 wheel that Ive got now!

I got the wheel in today, it wasnt as described so I didnt try it in my truck but I did compare it to annother old wheel... The spline is identical, the only thing that I see that will need modifed will be the spring loaded horn button, in the steering column will need to be either moved up about a half inch or possibly bent up at an angle so it hits the commutator in the new wheel, as its a larger diameter than the stock one.... The only other issue is the turn signal return, the new wheel will need to have 2 holes drilled about a quarter inch deep in the back of it... Other than that I dont see any reason at all why it wont fit like a glove!!! this really should be the same logic for a 90s 4 runner 3 spoke wheel on an 80s truck or runner!!!!

Awesome idea! I'd love a thicker wheel. I have one of those rubber covers on mine just to make it thicker. Though it is getting pretty worn out.
