I'm working on removing a 3" body lift on a 95 Tacoma I just bought. The floor on the cab mounts (4) are all chewed up from years of pounding. I removed all the blocks today and plan on ordering stock height mounts and bushings. Question is, how to best deal with the four nasty spots where the lift blocks tore up the floor? I'm thinking large washers and light welding. Thanks in advance.

 

Plate the floor inside and out if possible so it's reinforced.
