82' 4x2 sb chevy swap ?'s
i am interested in putting a sb chev in my 82' 2wd p/u.wondering how the torsion bar frt susp holds up,also is a body lift absolutely neccessary-and how many inches,or would a sb ford be better with the distributor in front?also what would be the best bolt-in toyota rear end?thanks for any advice

yes a ford would be easyer because of the distrib also ford 302 blocks are narrower than chevys and yes a 3 inch bl is neccessary if you dont wana be pounding the fire wall and cutiin the fenders i have a 350 in my yota my rearend has held up just fine for two years now i use stock toyota everything except for trans and radiator.
