Manual Hub Problem

Im working on a buddys 87 toyota pickup 4x4, and the hubs arent locking, any idea to why or parts i can replace in them? common issues?

well i have a set of hubs in great condition i could sell for 100 obo if he is interested

or if he is looking to rebuild check out this thread

Make sure he put the hubs on right..
If he clocked the hubs off by a turn, then the hub dial won't turn all the way and the hubs won't lock.
