Any Gains porting 5VZ-FE heads?

Just wondering if there are any real performance gains in porting the 5VZ-FE heads.
I've heard there's some pretty big gains in porting the 3VZ-FE (Camry) heads which are supposedly related to the 5VZ-FE.

If I understand it right porting a 3VZ-FE will gain 20-30 HP (Might be some tuning involved). Anyone try it for the 5VZ-FE and got some accurate numbers?

Anyone got any pics on what a properly ported 5VZ-FE head should look like?

I've always heard the 3.4 heads flow pretty well; not too many obstructing angles in there. They do port the 3.0 heads and get good results.

Basically on a 200hp 3.0 to 3.5 v6 With heads that flow similar to 3vz/5vz/1mz/jz (210-250cfm) a set of ported heads ( 275-300cfm) would be worth 20 to 30hp. If it was a 300 to 350hp v6 it could be worth 40hp. On a boosted situation they can be worth 100hp or more.

There's less to gain on a 2gr for example because the heads already flow well ( 299cfm@.450").
