Cat back dual, or single pipe?

Lets try this again. I have a 95 yota extra cab with a 3.0. Engine is all stock.. Right now it has duals from the muffler back. Was wondering if I should go duals again or single? Is there a performance effect?

the cat back duals offer little peformance gain as they come from the cat. The real performance gain for duals is when you run headers. Cat back duals do look better in my opinion due to the symetry. However, personally I prefer a turn down over the rear axle. I did this on my yota as well as my silverado which has headers and true duals. No pipes just looks good to me. ALOT cheaper at the muffler shop to.

go single, duals is over rated and has no performance gain... check out my exhaust thread for an idea. i've done pretty much a dream set up for a 3.0
