How many transmission bolts?

How many transmission bolts?
How many bolts are there to bolt the transmission (bell housing) to the engine block?
I am seeing 8. Four on top half and four on bottom half. The top bolts are larger in diameter the the bottom bolts.
Then there is the starter. There is 1 stud in the bell housing already. Should there be another stud, or does the second bolt go on after the starter?
T - Top
B - Bottom
St - Starter
Sound about right?
