need help with toyota epc

i wasnt sure where to put this, so i put it here.

this is the error message i get when i try to load this particular model. and only this model
does anybosy else get this error?

did i do something wrong?

i can look up any other model i want to...

Is that what toyota uses or what? is it just full of part numbers?

i tried re installing 2 times. (guess i shoulda mentioned that. lol).


and it has factory part number and diagrams of ALMOST everything you could need/want.

May be a stupid question, but do you have the VIN? That works really well for me. BTW, the EPC is a lifesaver - don't know how I ever lived without it.
