problem with low/high beams on 91 toyota truck

i have a 91 toyota truck...when i hit lowbeams the headlights shut off...and i used to have hibeams....now i have one headlight on high...thats it...ive changed bulbs...everything....i need help....

check the fuse box if all's good check head light relays just follow the wire out from head light to relay
