Exclamation o2 sensor wiring harness melted... What do I do?!

I made the mistake of letting someone else work on my truck for once and lo and be hold, they got the job done but left the wiring harness for my o2 sensor on the exhaust.

For a month the truck would randomly blow the 15amp EFI fuse. After about 2 fuses I put in a 20amp to see if it might hold just for that to get blown as well. I couldn't figure out why for the life of me. Well, after one hellish night of the EFI fuse blowing and blowing and blowing to the point it was blowing when starting the truck, I towed it home. The next day I finally thought about the o2 sensor. Well, when I went down to look at it I was greeted by a wiring harness, in two pieces. Now, my question is, what do I do. Toyota wants $800 bucks for a full harness for the truck, and I cant find anyone who sells one of the wires (its a black wire that seems to be double layered (wire, sheathing, wire wrapped around inside sheathing, sheathing)). Any ideas, hits, tips, sol's? Anything and everything will help at this point... I just want my Toy back.

Without seeing what you are talking about it is hard to tell exactly but on my 85 when I moved the 02 sensor for the header I just extended the wires. Why can't you just put in some new wiring and sheathe it? I don't see the need for a whole new harness.
