Here's the problems;

1 - noticeable ticking noise when cold
2 - bogs when cold
3 - poor idle when warm, (idling down)
4 - after warm no bogging/ticking
5 - slight open exhaust sound only when cold

I've been searching for a while and can't find a solution. Ticking doesn't seem to be valves but seems to be coming more from the passenger side of the engine bay from the EGR area. The truck has about 200k on it and I would like to keep it going for another 200k. If anyone has any insight on these issues as to what might be causing them I would appreciate it.
