Do you need a TPMS valvestem to run FJ wheels on a gen3??

just picked up a set of 16x7 off road package FJ Cruiser wheels and am going tomorrow to get tires and have them put on my 96 2wd 4runner. I got to thinking and was wondering/worrying that I might need a special valve stem that works with the TPMS that the FJ's come with. Is this true or will a regular valve stem work with these wheels? Thanks -- trying to prevent a surprise tomorrow at the tire shop.

if ur 3rd gen doesnt have a tpms system, then just run regular valve stems.

If you do have tpms, regular valve stems and a small piece of black duct tape.
