Buying parts online

Since I've never bought my toyota parts online before, I wondered what people thought of it. There are so many different ones online it seems pretty much a crapshoot. I have seen quite a few referenced and found that 1sttoyotaparts.com ships from close to where I am. Anyone had dealings with these guys? How can you be sure you're getting OEM parts? Any input is much appreciated.
Thanks
