cigarette lighter doesn't work. mystery wire plug

so i just got finished installing a new head unit and had the whole dash torn apart. before i got it put back together i tried out my cigarette lighter to charge my phone and it wasn't working. everything is fine except for this cable that i can't find the female end for the life of me. i think this is the right wire because it is white with a green stripe. which runs to one of the hookups on the lighter.

Naw that blue plug pictured is nothing..

Look inside of the plug and see if the 2 contacts are bent back a bit, IF so put a small screwdriver in there and bend them back inwards, Basically you have to put the contacts of your male device plug on the contacts inside, Weird but thats what I had to do on my old 91.

If that doesnt give any results you have a blown fuse somewhere..

The cigg plugs have a fusable link in them.
Search the forums here for that term.
It is a small wire that is made to melt in half and blow much like a fuse.

Happened on my '90 truck, I took it out of the wire and joined them back up, that will fix it.

There is already a cigg fuse, no need for that link to be there.
