Fair Rollers wont fit on ARB!

i put the winch on and because it is bolted to the front of the bumper the bolts stick out in the front AND there is no room for the head of the bolt or the nut to fit between the bumper and the winch. WHAT CAN I DO? i thought about spacers for the winch but that would make no difference because the bolts will still interfere with the rollers.

so should i just make a custom fair lead.

Any help PLEASE?

That is weird, they fit the ARB bumper on my '91 just fine.
But then my Warn XD9000 went in from behind.

Your Smittybilt XRC8 Winch goes on from the front?

Corey, the bottom of my winch is what mounts to the front of the bumper, but the head of the nut and bolt for the rollers wont fit properly between the bumper and winch. AND the bottom bolts that hold the winch interfere with mounting the rollers.

From what I understand you're saying that the winch/fairlead mount back to back with the bumper sandwiched between them right?
Can you post some pics or are they the same as the ones in Corey's pic?

Is it the same where you can use the bolts from the winch mount to bolt on the fairlead, is that what you are asking?
