I have a 97 4runner, torson bars

Ive got a 97 4runner, can anyone tell me if and how i can get a little lift by cranking up my torson bars?

Nope, I can't tell you because you do not have them.

Search for OME lift, Sway-Away or some sort of spacer on here.
