Hello all, I recently bought a 1995 4Runner (traded in the old 87), and the alarm/keyless entry is driving me banana sandwich. i can't figure it out.

my first question, what does the bottom button do? the top one unlocks the doors and locks them fine, but I can't figure out what the bottom one's purpose is.

second, the thing LOCKS ITSELF. but it won't do it if the keys are in the vehicle. but if i walk away with the key, it will lock itself in about 30 seconds. is that normal? like i said, if the keys are anywhere in the vehicle, it won't do it. whether they're on the seat of in the ignition, so i'm not too worried about it, just wondering if its normal.

i'm loving this thing. the 87 was fun, but the 95 is a much nicer vehicle. mine even has the in-dash CD changer!!! its awesome!!! i'll post pics sometime.
