FLX-210 Fan installed Have a few qs and issues

Hey guys i just installed my flx-210 fans today and was able to get some help on a few questions from my friend Kevin (kevin444 in this site) but he is also stationed in Georgia right now so couldnt help me much. however to you guys that have done this mod i have a few questions.

1. do the fans always stay on on your rig? i didnt do a manual switch for it. but it seems like the fan is on 99% of the time i drive the rig. is there any thing i can do to fix this besides the thermostat adjustment? i also need to rewire the line to a 12v source that shuts the fans off when i turn the car off as the fans kick on every 30 seconds after the rig is off if the motor is to hot.

2. im in socal so the summer is a bit hot i noticed that when i drove the rig on local streets with the a/c on when o came to a stop the a/c wasnt cold any more. but the fans were still on. any one else have this issue? if this is how its gonna be with the electric fans i might as well stuck to the stock fan.

3. is it just me or are the fans noisy as hell? i had the runner parked on the street in front of the house and i could here them from the backyard.

hope i can get some insites from you guys! as i really dont want to go back to the stock fan. also this is my first post on here as i have been lurking here but have been on t4r.org alot. so heres a shot of the rig.

Thanks Tony

have not done the mod but Ritzy has. Good looking ride.

Yes I do think you should install the manual switchoff option -here we have them for shut off during a water crossing.
