3.0 head bolts or ARP studs?
#2
if you're buying new bolts anyway, go with the ARP studs. They're reusable unlike torque to yield bolts and they're a lot stronger.
I use ARP head, main, and rod bolts on my honda race engine, I don't know anybody in the scene that's ever had any problems with them. They can take just about anything.
