missing vacum switch sensor that mounts on plate on top of the head. Its the tan lookin one CANT FIND ONE ANYWERE!!! Anybody now were to get one new used dont care!!

 

emissions / charcoal canister purge VSV?

if you need to pass an emissions test, bypass the VSV so it's always on. you might get a nod from the test tech for doing it. Otherwise, it's about 200 from the dealer.

 

ok cool thanks fig it had somethin to do with how motor is runnin when i start out it runs ok but when i finally hit 3grand the truck just takes off and has great power so i fig that was the reason bc they are air fuel sensors i was told, dont know too much about the motor its my first toyota

 

Post a picture of what your looking for....I recently bought a used 1990 3vze engine that still ran just to pick and pull some parts from it. I only ended up using the Passenger side head, a valve cover and some miscellanious nuts and bolts. If I've got what your looking for, its yours free . Engine ran fine when itwas pulled...
