Uwharrie Weekend - Summer '09

Hey all, I was thinking about setting up a weekend this summer where anyone who's around the NC, SC, GA, VA, TN area could spend a weekend with other Yota enthusiasts such as ourselves and run some of the trails in the Uwharrie Mountains near Troy, North Carolina. I'm an avid outdoors person and have hiked in the Uwharrie's many times, so I can attest to the fact that the Uwharrie's are awesome. I've only been on one trail run there though, and it was with my dad in an '78 LandCruiser, which we have since sold. But I do know that there are trails there that can be rated from EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for those of you who are very experienced and have the wish to crawl like no other, all the way down to some easy trails that some un-modified Runner's could do and not break anything. This is all just an idea, and that date was just something I threw up there since it was required. If you would like to attend, or discuss it, just post here and we'll figure something out! Thanks!

Myself and a buddy of mine are planning a trip there May 26 and 27, He's been once and loved it. I have never been there, sounds like an great place though!
