Pan Hard Bar Bolt Removle

I'm in the middle of doing the LC lift in the rear and I'm trying to remove the pan hard bar bolt and I can't get it out. I have the nut off and the other side removed from axle, still nothing. Any tips?

Hammer. It probably doesn't need much and go easy so you don't mess up the threads.

Dude , I once tried to remove one and I could not get that bolt out , I tried all kinds of hammers, I ended up cutting it off at the bracket.

ya thats what I did, so ill worry about that later. But now I have a new problem, when installing the front bf spacers the CV got pulled out of the inner boot i think and its streched out to far not allowing me to tilt the spindle in to bolt it to the control arm. can I push it back in somehow something?

In school today I was able to press out the old cut in half bolt with the bushing and the outer shell of the bushing. I was wondering if y'all went to Toyota and got a new bolt and bushing ( if you destroyed mine like i did) or if you where about to find one someplace else.
