Can anybody tell me what fog lights were made for the hole in the bottom part of the bumper? The previous owner took them out but left the wiring. they are hella's.

So that is an add on bumper valence and is not stock.

Those holes are too big for the Micro's so you should try and contact JB and see if he can tell you which ones are best.
Or just measure up the size hole and get what fits.
Check to see if any bracket exists for lights.

 

I looked at those but the diameter of those lights are too small. The hole in the bumper is 4 in.
