help on waterpump and timing belt

hi guys i am looking into changing my water pump and timing belt this weakened how long do you think it will take and does any one have step by step instruction i really need the help i know how to do some parts but i hear that the timing belt is a little hard to do.

please help much will be appreciated

its a 94 toyota 4runner sr5 with the v6 3vz motor or 3 something

Should take about 4-5 hours depending just did one last weekend and was done in 4 hours.Your biggest problem is going to be the crank pulley removal I used a chain wrench to hold it and a breaker bar with a piece of 3ft. pipe over it to break the bolt loose and it was still a pain the get loose.
also remember to get some touch up paint and mark the timing marks on the cams ,cover plate , crank pulley and timing point guide and also marks on the belt makes things so much easier.
