I have a 94 pu with a 92 22re in it and im having loads of fun trying to get the tps tuned right. I just did the timing chain and replaced the cap, rotor, wires, plugs in it and bought a new tps for it because the old one was bad. I got the new one from the dealer and i cant get it in spec. It maxes out the adjustment before i can get the right ohms reading for the total resistance. I used the 4x4wire write up on it and did it step by step. It idle fine right were is should but when i give it gas it bogs down and sounds like its running on 3 cyclinders. So the question is myabe i got the wrong tps or something elsed is wrong that i have overlooked. Anyone had the same promblems?

 

im having the same thing with mine.....running on 3 cyls when trying to accelerate. ive also tuned it as per 4crawler. but it idles great
