Figurin Lift

can anyone help me figure out how much lift i have in my truck it is 3body and i have 39.5 on it. I am over in the sandbox right now and do'nt have a way to measure stuff unless i get my wife to do it but i am tryin to figure out if i should go taller and if so how much taller and how i am going to go about it. Afraid if i get twisted at all i will shove those big tires into the fenders!? no blocks from what i can tell just shackles on rear of rear springs nothing special!?
thanx

I am a little confused... So your running 39.5's on a stock suspension with 3" body lift ? The lift hieght its gonna greatly depend on what you intend to do with the truck. If you plan on trailing it then your gonna need imo 6" suspension lift. Now if you just want to mud it then you would be fine with a 4". 39 tires are aweful tall for yota.
