noob with a noob question

I had just gotten my 2nd gen 3.0L 4runner not to long ago and i noticed that the back sags a little and the oil pressure drops to very low when i'm at idle sometimes. I would also like to know which headers match best with a magnaflow or dynomax muffler. And also the size of my tailpipe. Sorry for the immense amount of noob questions but better all in one post. Thanks to anyone who leaves their insight.

Welcome Newbie!

Use the search feature for "rear coils" and you will find a plethora of info. I have PP coils, but others use Downey or OME coils. You could also use a spacer instead.

The oil pressure dropping can mean other issues. Heavier weight oil helps I've heard, but I think a compression check might be in order. Does your Runner burn oil? How does the engine sound? Is it smooth? (OK, everyone stop laughing) Is it kind of smooth?

You'll want to upgrade to 2 1/4" tailpipe with either of those mufflers. Headers for the 3.0 are either NWOR or Downey. NWOR's service is bad I've heard, so go Downey.

I'm tired now.

Welcome to the forums. Try doing a search, as you will see a couple of your questions have been discussed very thoroughly. But a quick answer for your rear sag would be downey coils. welcome NoOb

Get the Downey HD coils.

As for the oil pressure, I've found that if I keep the oil full then my oil pressure will be slightly higher. Don't ask me why this is because I don't know.

Sorry, I don't know much about the headers. I haven't had a reason to research them yet.

Welcome N00by!!!
