Changing/upgrading spkr wires

When you guys have upgraded your spkrs did you change the wires too?? if so how big of a pain was it any suggestions? thanks, 2000 runner ltd

what kind of speakers and are you going to run an external amp on them or just off the factory radio?

If you are just running off the factory radio the improvement would not warrent the upgrade in wire. If you are running an external amp to them then you have to run new speaker wire anyway and may as well upgrade. If you do upgrade 16 ga. will be fine for door speakers.
