Update, I have the Toyota factory harness wiring repair manual in PDF format. This is really a great resource for all 1991-2005 vehicles wiring information. Pm me if you need it. I was thinking about uploading it to a site like http://www.yousendit.com/ let me know if thats a better solution. Heres a copy of the forward from the manual. I also have the 95 and 96 4Runner Factory wiring diagrams in PDF I can share.
Thomas,
FOREWORD
This manual has been prepared for use when
performing terminal repairs, wire repairs, or connector
repairs on vehicles.
A step–by–step section on connector repair and
terminal repair is included.
There is a section of charts with terminal and connector
illustrations, part numbers, and notes on terminal
removal.
By using this guide, a satisfactory repair of the wiring
harness and connectors in Toyota vehicles will be easy
to achieve.
All information in this manual is based on the latest
product information at the time of publication. However,
specifications and procedures are subject to change
without notice.

The big connector in the center connects to your (MT) ECM the rest are body plugs ( passenger side kick panel). The part numbers are next to the plug illustration in the schematic. You should be able to source them from your local dealer. I'd be glad to help where I can just PM me. However just be patient with my response time
