1988 3.0 4runner injectors?

My buddy's 4runner stopped running a while back. After getting very frustrated with it he sent it to a shop and they told him he needed new injectors. Were planning on doing it ourselves but are having a bit of trouble finding the right parts. I've read through the stickies at the top and they all seem to point to some parts but i found a set on ebay that are for an 88 as well but state that they are for a rare one. the part numbers are only slightly different

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_593wt_1074

this thing is really just a clunk around farm truck really so the 100 for a set would be right on for the price but the part numbers don't match up...

i punched up the vin into ToyoDIY and got 23209‑65010 for the injectors, i was just hoping someone could tell me that 23250-65010would work as well or better yet point me in the direction of some reasonably priced reman injectors for it that will work.

Thanks very much guys

you need to match part numbers. It is a one year only part.

just saw something, maybe im just retarded but on toyodiy over top the number 23209‑65010 they have 23250, which would match the ebay ones if it were used as the first 5 digits. are they interchangeable and i'm just stupid? i didn't see that earlier.

edit: diagram i am looking at

Toyota doesn't recognize the 23250-65010 number, but they do recognize the 23209-65010

just ran them both through napa partspro and they both work with a napa CRB 218109 so i would imagine theyre identical, i'll have him hit up ebay. quick question though. i saw a thread referencing engnbldr or someone selling reasonably priced parts, they wouldn't be reasonabe to the point of 100 for a set of injectors would they?

They prices they offer for the new injectors would be more than reasonable, however, no one is going to be able to match the $100 for the set of 6 injectors you can find on Ebay.
