Well, It's hard to describe.

I have a slab of 5/8" x 12" plate that I'm gonna cut down to just inside the signal light width (wider than the winch) I'm gonna keep the outer part of the bumper for now (just to keep the markers where they are - but taced to the winch plate) The winch plate will be even with the top of the stock bumper (which I know is high) but I am going to double up 2 pieces of 1/4" thick 3x3" angle on both outers and 2 pieces of 2" OD .25" tube (the same as they use in factories to protect macines from fork trucks) for the supports and then gusset the angle to the frame as well. Like I said it's hard to explain. Also I should add that a year or so ago I replaced the front crossmember (the one with the speed holes between the front frame rails) with a2" x .25" square stock - so I have a very solid mounting point to start.
