2000 Tacoma Lift?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has already been answered but I am about to purchase a 2000 Tacoma and was going to be in the market for a lift kit. I want to be able to fit 33" tires and am looking for about a 3" lift. Any advice on what lift kit would be great and would I have trouble fitting 33's under a 3" lift? I am trying to find a lift kit without blocks for the rear. Instead I would like a kit that has an add a leaf to it. Also what backspacing would I need to be able to fit 33's on the truck. Wanting to get different rims. Chances are I am going to be getting cheapo american racing rims. Any help would be great. Thanks
