Can anyone tell me where the A/T oil temp. sensor is located? And what is the sensor that it on top and in front of the thermastat? Can one of the sensor or the thermostat itself make my shifting go crazy?

 

The one on the T-Stat outlet is for the Temp Guage on your Guage cluster I believe. The wire on mine totally fell off and I had to solder it back on there, no ill effects.
