First off what are is the name for the wheels resembling the outer ones on a dually? The ones that space out your tires?
Secondly im running 31x10.5's now and was wondering if going to 32 or 33 by 9.5s would reduce gas mileage by a lot, my reasoning was the decrease in width would make up for increase in height, and plus the narrower the better it would work in snow.
