Wheel sizing help

I'm new to the truck scene, and I want to buy some wheels for my 4runner. Right now she's got BFG All Terrain T/A KO's. 31 x 10.5 x 15. They are almost new tires, and I just want to have them swapped and put on some new rims. I'm going to buy Cragar 342 "D" Window's, but I'm not sure what size to look for. I don't know the bolt pattern, or backspacing, or width, or anything like that.

Year??? lifted or not??? what kind of lift if so??? but most likely 6x5.5 bolt pattern with 3.75 backspaceing if you have a bracket lift unless it's 2wd

its a 1988 4x4 with a ghetto 4 inch lift (torsion bars cranked) with blocks in the rear.
