new/ rebuilt fuel pump + carb (where to buy)
#1
like the title says.
i found a fuel pump, but mine has 2 pods (different lenths) on one dome- and 3 nozzles...the ones i find for sale, have 1 pod on a larger dome (same 3 nozzles,)
just looks completely different. (and no instructions on what nozzle goes to what hose).
and the carb...well
i guess the needle needs rebuilding, but not sure.
whats the best/ cheapest thing i can do. in a few hours...

generally speaking, the fittings on the new pump should go in the same direction as the old pump so it's a matter of connecting em up. otherwise, the pump should have directions inside the box explaining which port is which- one should be supply from the tank, one should go to the carb and the third should return to the tank.

thanks.
and i agree, w/the directions.
but
2 stores.
2 brands, both identical (new) f.pumps, and NO instructions (only 30 day warranty)...
my hoses aren't labeled either, but i guess i can just plug/play to see whats up...
any ideas on the best carb to use (rebuild my own, or buy ??)
