'98 4Runner Limited misfiring?

'98 4Runner Limited misfiring?
Hi,
My 4Runner feels like it is misfiring. A few weeks ago, the check-engine light came on, and I ran the code--got 0420, which I guess could mean a few things. Anyway, I reset the light, and it hasn't come on since, although the car is running rough...
Mileage is about 177k, plugs were done at about 125k. Recently: New fuel filter, cat, 02 sensors, PCV valve.
Does anyone have a list of codes online?
