today i get in my 89 pickup with EFI.

it cranked over twice and sounded like it wasn't getting gas. then it just stopped turning over after those 2. now all the dash lights come on when you turn the key on. battery is fully charged. all accessory's work. it just wont crank at all.

Try and turn it over for a bit and then open up the cold start valve, on the fuel rail and see if there is any fuel that comes out, if there is not chances are its your fuel pump. Did it run crappy last time you drove it? Like maybe you were running out of gas?

 

no it doesn't turn over at all.

i had a full tank and it ran fine. i've never had any problems with it before. i ran it for just enough to move it this morning and parked it. got in it to leave and it wouldn't turn over. :[

 

did u check all the fuses???? Proably the main relay fuse

 

check the starter?

 

i think it might be the starter. i went outside late at night and wacked the starter with a crow bar and wiggled all the fuses, it started turning over again but didn't want to start. i proceeeded to turn it over some more and then it sounded like it was about to start, but i had to play with the throttle and it finally started after it cleared itself out. woke up the neighbors with the header and straight pipe with only a glass back
