which torque converter goes with 340H?

I've spent an hour searching for the correct part number, and I've gotten 6 different answers. It looks like it should be the TO-26, but I'm not sure. I replaced the TC 600 miles ago and it blew up yesterday. I think it was the wrong one since I went thru this nonsense of trying to figure out which unit goes in there the last time. I think an TO-18 is in there now (????).

1988 4R, 22RE, A340H.

Transdepot looks like a trucking outfit. Anyway, it's asking for a password to view.
