Truck cap question...

I own a 1997 Tacoma, regular cab, short bed... Would a truck cap from a 1993 Tacoma fit?

It seems like they should all be universal...

Tacoma trucks werent made till 1995.5, before that in the United States Toyota trucks were just called "pick up".

The cap may fit, but I would measure just to be sure.
