Got new battery, failed smog check, need tips on resetting readiness monitors

Got new battery, failed smog check, need tips on resetting readiness monitors

So I passed the emissions part of the test, but because the obd hadn't been able to generate new readiness monitors in the short time(5 miles) after the new battery was connected I failed the test. I need to get the car retested pretty soon, so does anyone have any info on how to reset the readiness monitors? Thanks.

You need to drive it normally. Probably a good 20 miles. You may need to drive it thru its 2 trip cycle. I complete warmup drive for 15 mins then let it sit and get cold then do it again
