OME rear springs?

OME rear springs?
OME lists a 43" and 47" rear lift spring and both of those come either in either medium or heavy duty.
How do I messure my springs to see which ones I need and what do you guys recommend as far as medium or heavy. I'm thinking this might be the way to go instead of an add a leaf.
