How come the tailgate ended up in Ebay? I thought your selling this vehicle here for yotatech members and I don't see anything in your original post that this truck is on ebay.

 

Does it really matter if items are on eBay..Bottom line is I need this truck stripped and out of my shop. If I give it my scrap guy he will put the items on eBay and the price would be nearly double..So if ending the tailgate auction would make you happier I will do that but only because it is sold..sorry if I appear rude but I guess I just don't understand why that question was asked....Thanks for inquiring--

I took the motor out and put it into another 4Runner. The motor I removed from the other runner was knocking and I am in the process of rebuilding..I should have it done in 2 weeks..I will post it here when completed..
After it is built I will want $1500 plus shipping unless picked up. If it does not sell within 2 weeks of posting i will put it into another 4Runner and put it up on the auction block..

I'm glad you cleared that up.....my fellow Yotatechers should know if they are attempting to buy parts from someone of "questionable" character.
If they are "good" parts from someone without any ill intentions then they could be simply posted as "for sale" on their own merits without the B.S. story.

X2, something fishy on this sale and it is very "shady and deceptive". I was suppose to buy the tailgate then next time I know it was on Ebay. What kind of crap is that?

So if somebody wants a part, then you have to bid on his auction which is BS. When you post it for sale here on yotatech, then it is for sale and not for bidding on ebay which is crap.

 

You guys are killin me..I own a business-A very reputable one..If I post a link to eBay showing the tailgate-it does not mean I want you to bid on it..It was just easier for me to do so regarding pics..If you look at the link you can see it is no longer available--why? because I sold it and not through this site......
I put up my website in my posts..Guess what--there is a phone number to call if there was any doubt in these postings and the parts that are available...

I worked for Toyota for 20 yrs before opening my own place--so i know these 4Runners like the back of my hand..I could offer you guys lots of solid advice and guidance but if this is the way you treat members --well then why would I want to
